Meet our Team of Senior Trainers

  • Originally from Virginia, Will moved to Colorado to begin his training career. Will first became interested in the field after developing a fascination with the body, and he stayed once he discovered how much he enjoys helping people and seeing them succeed.

Will has worked with a wide range of clients from recreational strongmen to rock climbers to those who just want to feel and move better. With all his clients, Will is big on the basics; however, basic does not mean easy. Will simply believes a solid grasp of good technique and sound training will give you more freedom than always searching for the next best thing.

Aside from training, Will likes to pretend that he knows something about music. He’s always on a quest for the perfect cup of coffee, and he enjoys learning new skills.

  • I have always had a passion for exercise, nutrition, and helping others. Growing up, I did martial arts, gymnastics, kickboxing, and more. At the age of 14, I coached martial arts which lead to an interest in fitness and injury prevention. After a few years of coaching, I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. In 2016, I moved to Colorado to attend Metropolitan State University in pursuit of a degree in Exercise Science.

My goal is to change my clients’ physical and mental health through exercise. I focus on retraining the body to create functional movement patterns, strength building, and implementing the most effective training program tailored to your needs. With hard work, dedication, and proper coaching, we will reach your goals.

  • After sustaining my own athletic-related injury, I have since become fascinated with the process of rehabilitation. Years of experience in an out-patient physical therapy clinic and ongoing independent studies have lead me to a very crucial finding; the natural asymmetry of the human body MUST be considered in order to prescribe a precise, effective treatment for those suffering from chronic or acute pain. Limitations in motion in certain body parts are normal and vary from person to person, which means that not one person’s movement strategies are going to look the same as another! These limitations in movement can tell a lot about how your body has adapted to stress and load over time.

Access to a movement restoration program has never been easier now that the world has shifted to using virtual services as the norm. As such, we have adopted a method that allows you to treat your pain from the convenience of your home. The programs involve an exercise selection designed for you to recapture healthy motions and movement strategies that are independent to you. With this method, I will give you the tools to manage your pain and to employ strategies that will allow you to move pain-free with strength and confidence.
