Meet Josh Clark, founder
Based in Denver, Josh is a skilled personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach who excels in supporting clients with complex goals or challenges - from elite athletes, to individuals who are dealing with health issues, to professionals suffering from resting desk bod (RDB). Whether you’re an elite athlete aiming to take your performance to the next level, recovering from a recent injury, or struggling with persistent pain, Josh will work with your team of doctors, dietitians, and physical therapists to help you achieve your personal goals. His encyclopedic knowledge of biomechanics will give you the edge you need to move, exercise, and improve confidently.
The Precision Strength approach focuses on retraining your body to move the way it was designed to move. Our trainers work to identify and address the root cause of any issues or pain you are experiencing while simultaneously helping you gain strength. If you are experiencing discomfort, we get to the bottom of why and help you improve rather than asking you to push through it. If you’ve hit a plateau, we’ll adjust and improve your movements rather than simply increasing weight or reps. Our programs are designed to help you retrain the connections between your brain and body so you can move and build strength optimally.
